Thousands of primary school children across Darlington are set to receive a special commemorative Jubilee certificate from Peter Gibson MP for Darlington.
The Jubilee certificates feature a picture of Her Majesty The Queen, the words to the National Anthem and show the four national flags of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The Jubilee certificates also feature the Darlington Town’s Coat of Arms.
Schools across Darlington will start to receive their certificates this month, which can be personalised with pupils names. In addition, on request, businesses in Darlington will also be awarded with a commemorative Jubilee certificate.
Peter Gibson MP said “The Queen is the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee and Her Majesty’s commitment and dedication continues to inspire people all over the world.
Thousands of children across Darlington will soon receive their commemorative Jubilee Certificate and I hope that pupils enjoy this small token celebrating her Majesty’s amazing 70-year reign”.
