Mr Best had purchased an LML scooter in May 2021, and a few weeks later Mr Best scheduled his new scooter for an MOT, only to discover that the records on the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) were showing an incorrect make and model, preventing him from completing the MOT process.
Mr Best had been struggling for several months to get the matter resolved and decided to approach Darlington MP, Peter Gibson for help resolving the issue.
Mr Best said “I was delighted with the support Peter gave to my wife in helping to expedite her driving license renewal so I also contacted Peter for support.
“To my delight, within just a couple weeks the matter was resolved and the DVLA updated my vehicle details on the MOT database.
“I was delighted with the outcome and would like to thank Peter for helping me so quickly”
